Flat Rock, North Carolina, March 31, 2012 - Ten years ago, Anne Lazo was faced with an opportunity to live out a childhood dream of owning a business. With a great passion and an entrepreneurial spirit, Lazo embarked on a mission to help other business owners realize their potential for success. When the occasion presented itself, Lazo founded Eagle Soars Consulting. The company is now excited and pleased to be celebrating 10 years in business.
Eagle Soars Consulting works with small and mid-sized businesses throughout the United States. “Our company has realized tremendous growth over these past 10 years,” states Lazo. “In serving our clients we have created a level of customer service that is unsurpassed by other smaller consulting companies. For that we are thankful to all of our clients who were willing to give us valuable input regarding their needs for marketing their businesses.”
The idea for Eagle Soars Consulting was formed when Lazo found that small and mid-sized businesses were lacking in the ability to implement effective marketing communication strategies. As the years progressed, she realized these same companies had a need to train their managers so they could develop strong leaders and profitable teams. As explained by Lazo, “At Eagle Soars Consulting, we believe that hiring the right employees goes hand in hand with the brand image a company wants to portray. That’s the main reason we added the training and development consultation to our list of service offerings.”
The clients of Eagle Soars Consulting have successfully relied on Lazo and her team for marketing plans, advertising campaigns, web design, direct mail, email and many other corporate image and marketing services. Many clients have also benefited from the company’s instructor-led training programs in the areas of leadership and supervisory skills, sales and service skills, and professional development.
