About Eagle Soars' Principal, Anne Lazo

All our operations are overseen by Eagle Soars' founder, Anne Lazo (click here to read Anne's complete bio). Anne has been working in the field of marketing since 1986, and opened the doors of Eagle Soars Consulting in 2002. Her idea was to focus on the needs of owners of small and mid-sized businesses and non-profit organizations. Her knowledge of business administration, sales, training, and marketing helps her to expertly manage projects for clients.

Her passion for people helps her provide the encouragement and motivation business owners need to take their businesses to the next level. When it comes to our marketing services, Anne manages the entire creative process for clients from identifying concepts and selecting the design team to writing copy and supervising production and delivery of marketing material. Under Anne's direction, Eagle Soars Consulting has been helping clients build their businesses by providing the highest quality communication materials.

Anne also oversees the Training and Development services at Eagle Soars Consulting. Our training and development professionals have over 25 years of experience in the industry and they know what it takes to bring high-quality training programs to companies. Our training programs are proven to foster business operations that are stronger and run more cohesively and productively.

On a personal note, Anne loves the outdoors and is an avid runner. She competes in larger races twice a year and enjoys training for those races in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. She completed her first full marathon, The Poconos Run for the Red Marathon, in May of 2012. As Anne says, “The commitment to and the process of training for these races has given me a special insight into the dedication it takes to be successful in any endeavor.” On April 27, 2013, Anne finished, with a personal best time, a very wet and windy Country Music Marathon.
