Typically, those chosen for leadership positions in companies are the high performers who have been promoted up through the ranks. They know their jobs well and have obviously demonstrated some leadership qualities. While this is true, it’s also equally true these individuals have never been trained in and equipped with the supervisory skills that will allow them to motivate and inspire their teams. As a result they manage from a style that has been effective in motivating themselves to success and they don’t understand or acknowledge the differences in the way people work.
In providing them with the knowledge on how to lead, you help your management team become better leaders and your company grows. To assist your leadership, you may choose from any of our Leadership and Supervisory Skills programs. You can even have these instructor-led training programs customized for your organization.
All training programs are designed and led by our professional trainer who has over 15 years of practical business experience within the Training and Organizational Development field and holds several training program certifications including Achieve Global, DDI, and The Ken Blanchard Companies. We are also authorized to deliver Situational Leadership II and Introduction to Leadership II on behalf of The Ken Blanchard Companies.
